There are a myriad of detrimental influences affecting our youth today, and we need to be vigilant in guarding against them. An important way of going about this is to talk about these issues, and hold them up to the light of Catholic Church teaching.

This will be the main focus of Deacon Joe's Youth Group. The age spread is 9th through the 12th grades, yet anyone a bit younger, or a bit older is also welcome.

The group will meet on Thursdays, beginning September 14th, and run through at least May of 2024, (see the calendar below). Sessions on these Thursdays will be at 4:45 pm until 6:15 pm in the Parish Office Center, Conference Room 2, (opposite side of the parking lot from the church building).

It's understood that there are any number of after school activities teens participate in, so attendance at every single session is not expected. But, attendance at some of the meetings may go a long way in helping your child make good decisions.
